How to measure?
While standing, measure your bare thigh at its widest part.  Make sure the tape is not too tight nor too loose and parallel to the floor.  If you fall in between sizes opt for the smaller one. See Size drop down menu and "Garters Sizing Chart" in the pictures.

CARE:  Store folded so that silicone bands touch each other.  Hand wash after every use otherwise silicone might loose its gripping properties.  Do not use softeners, use delicate laundry detergent.
