We want you to be happy with your purchase. There are times when items will need to be returned due to poor fit or an unwanted style. If you need assistance in finding a replacement item for the one you are returning, please e-mail us or call us (724-934-8795) for assistance. For all internet returns, the following terms and conditions apply (NOTE: we have a different return policy for in-store purchases, please view the return policy attached to your receipt):
- Clean, unlaundered items are returnable within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be post-marked within 15 days of delivery date in order to qualify for a refund. Between 15 and 30 days, items may be returned for store credit only. Items older than 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee and may be denied return at the sole discretion of Levana Bratique. NOTE: EXTENDED RETURNS FOR HOLIDAY PURCHASES - items purchased between Dec 1st and Dec 24th may be returned within 30 days or until Jan 15th for a refund - whichever is longer.
- Sale items may be returned for 15-days from purchase date ONLY. No refunds or exchanges will be given on sale items after 15 days from the order date.
- Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. These items are limited and if out of stock, will be removed from your order without notification. During special sales, alternates will not be offered. Out of stock items will be removed and the remainder of your order will be shipped.
- All items to be returned must have original hang tags attached and must be in unworn, unwashed, saleable condition. Due to health reasons, returns will not be accepted if the product is washed, has been worn or is missing the original hang tags.
- All items returned must be in their original packaging. Any returns without original packaging will be charged a $5 per item restocking fee.
- Molded Cup bras should not be turned inside out. All molded cup bras must be stored right-side out. Bras that have been inverted or dented will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please stuff cups with tissue paper to protect them during shipment.
- Shipping and gift wrap charges will not be refunded.
- Please be careful to avoid deodorant stains and leakage stains as we cannot accept returns on stained items.
- Please be careful to avoid handling the garments around items with strong smells e.g. cigarette smoke, kitchen areas while cooking, while wearing perfume, etc. Items returned that have been exposed to these smells are not resalable and will not be accepted for return.
- Personal use or sterile pack items may not be returned unless defective. This includes all breast pumps, breast pump parts and nursing accessories (such as breast pads and nipple shields). Defective breast pumps must be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
- All Bras/camis must be tried on with undergarments on underneath them in order to be eligible for return. Any items with stains, sweat marks, leakage marks or deodorant marks are not eligible for return.
- NOTE: For hygienic reasons, Undergarments/Panties/Shapewear/Swimwear (excluding bras) are not eligible for return or exchange. Please be sure to order the correct size as they can not be returned or exchanged.
- Please note that many bras are meant to be hand washed. We cannot be responsible for damage to bras that have been machine washed/dried when instructed otherwise.
- Please include a photocopy of your original receipt or packing slip with returns. Without the receipt copy, a store credit will be issued.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid (less any applicable fees or discounts). For Gift orders, please specify if you would like the refund to be sent to the original form of payment or issued as a store credit instead.
- Gift Certificates can not be returned or refunded. If you return an item that you purchased with a gift certificate, a store credit will be issued for you to use at a later time.
- Items that do not meet the requirements for a return will be sent back to the sender at the sender’s expense.
- Items that are "free with purchase" must be returned unopened if the "purchased" item is returned. If they are not, you will be charged the full retail price for them.
- NOTE: Due to bank processing time, it may take up to two billing cycles for your return to appear on your statement.
- Returns are processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt at our PA-based warehouse. You will receive an email with your return information once it has been processed.
- If you need to return an item, please ship the item to the address above using USPS. You are responsible for your package until it arrives here, so we encourage you to insure it and use delivery tracking. If you would like to send your return using UPS or FedEx, please contact us for our physical mailing address.
- If you need to return an item, please fill out the return paperwork that came with your order and ship it to us at the address above. If you need additional assistance or if you need another copy of the return form, please contact us by phone 724-934-8795 or e-mail.
Orders shipped to addresses within the State of PENNSYLVANIA will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges where appropriate. Taxes that appear on your online order are approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped.
After you make a purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number.
Gift wrapping options are available for most items. Where gift wrap is not available, a note will be posted on the product page. An email will be sent to indicate any other choices that may not be able to be gift-wrapped. All items in a single order will be wrapped together into one package unless requested to package them separately. To request separate packaging, please place instructions into the comments box of the checkout screen. Additional charges may apply for separate packaging. You will be sent an email indicating these charges prior to shipment.
Levana Bratique offers three different shipment options for your convenience. Economy shipping (takes 3-9 business days for domestic shipments), Priority Mail shipping (takes 1-4 business days for domestic shipments) and Express Mail shipping (takes 1-2 business days for domestic shipments). NOTE: All express mail shipments require a signature. For International shipments - please see below. Levana Bratique charges actual shipping fees for items that are ordered. Actual shipping fees are calculated at checkout prior to submitting payment so you can see what your actual shipping fees will be before placing your order. Ground/Economy shipping may be provided by either USPS or FedEx at the sole discretion of Levana Bratique. Priority Mail shipping options are also available. Rates for domestic shipments are calculated based on the weight and quantity of the items being shipped. Rates are automatically calculated at check-out. Please choose this option if you would like to receive your package quickly without having to pay Express Mail Rates or if you are shipping to a P.O. Box.
Levana Bratique generally ships orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Express Mail shipments are available by choosing the express mailing shipping option at check out. NOTE: Express Mail delivery is only guaranteed in 1-2 business days for US packages. Express Packages to international destinations will take additional time for delivery.
All in stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days from our Pittsburgh, PA warehouse if placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or postal holiday will be processed the following business day. **NOTE: during holiday seasons (e.g. Christmas, 4th of July) shipping may be delayed if our boutique is closed. A message will be sent indicating the expected ship date if this is the case. If an item is not in stock an e-mail will be sent with the anticipated ship date. If an alternate color is available, an e-mail will be sent offering the client the choice of immediate shipping on the alternate color or waiting for the back ordered item in the original color. When promotional codes, coupons or free shipping are utilized, Levana Bratique reserves the right to delay shipments of in stock items to wait for back ordered items and minimize the number of shipments.
If an item is on back order, Levana Bratique generally will ship all other items that are in stock (although we reserve the right to delay shipment of instock items to consolidate items with out of stock items). Once the back ordered item is received, we will complete the order with a follow up shipment. For domestic ground/economy shipments, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost approved by the submission of their credit card at the time of ordering, and will not be charged any fees for the follow up shipment. Backorders are sent via Economy delivery even if the original order requested Express or Priority delivery. If you would like a quicker shipment option for your backorder, additional fees will apply for Express Mail packages and Priority Mail packages.
Levana Bratique reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to back orders or the unavailability of an item. We also reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain destinations, if we deem that destination to be an insecure shipping area.
Levana Bratique has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at email@example.com.
