The Best Bras for Weight Loss

So many people set the intention to lose weight for the New Year. Many of us at Levana Bratique are also trying to lose some weight to improve our cardiovascular health. We love hearing about our customers' success in this effort, hearing stories about how much healthier they feel and how much easier it is for them to climb stairs, chase kids, or pursue endurance challenges.

One thing that happens any time you gain or lose weight is a fluctuation in breast size. When a woman loses weight, it can either shift the band size or the cup size. Or the weight loss might affect both (remember our post explaining how not all C cups are the same size? Cups are different depending on the band size you need).

If your weight has changed by 5 pounds or more, we recommend coming in for a new fitting (or utilize our Virtual Fitting if you can't make it to our Bratique). Your body will just feel so much better when it's properly supported!

While you are working on your weight loss journey, we suggest investing in some forgiving bras to help you feel comfortable and supported along the way.
